Getting Started

How do I play?

Pick a game from the home screen, add player names, hit Start, and follow the on-screen instructions.

What languages does the app support?

Mankatha is Tamil-first. Translations in German, English, French. Change anytime in Settings → Language.

Can I play offline?

Yes — once the word lists are loaded, games work fully offline. Internet is only required for first-launch sync and subscription validation.

Mankatha PRO

What does PRO unlock?

• Up to 16 players
• Team mode
• Custom timers
• Custom imposter count
• Hundreds of extra words

How do I cancel my subscription?

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mankatha PRO → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play → profile → Payments → Subscriptions → Mankatha PRO → Cancel.

Your PRO benefits continue until the end of the current paid period.

I want a refund.

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

I purchased PRO but it's not active.

• Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases.
• Check you're signed into the same Apple ID / Google account.
• Close and reopen the app.

Troubleshooting

The app crashed.

Force-quit and reopen. If it keeps happening, email us with device model, OS version, and which step caused the crash.

Kandupidi motion isn't working.

• Grant motion permission when prompted.
• Hold the phone landscape, screen out.
• Disable Low Power Mode.

No sound effects.

Check the silent switch and Settings → Sound & Haptics inside the app.
