By downloading or using Mankatha ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. Use of the App

Mankatha is a party-game collection licensed (not sold) to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Mankatha PRO — Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Mankatha PRO is offered as an auto-renewable subscription:

- Mankatha PRO Weekly — €0.99 / week
- Mankatha PRO Yearly — €19.99 / year
The exact price in your local currency is shown inside the app before purchase.
Payment: Charges are billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Free trials: If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription will start.
Price changes: Apple or Google will ask you to confirm any new price before the next renewal.

Refund policy: All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled exclusively through their stores:

3. Premium Features

Mankatha PRO unlocks larger player counts (5–50 players), team mode, custom game timers, custom imposter counts in Drohi, and premium word packs. We may add, modify, or remove premium features over time.

4. User Content & Conduct

The app contains player-name input fields and other text inputs. You are solely responsible for any text you enter.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content — game logic, word lists, translations, artwork, design, and the Mankatha name and logo — is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
